Firing In Jharkhand Court Premises Kills 3; One Constable Left Injuries

Hazaribagh: At least three people were killed and a police constable was seriously injured in a shootout at Hazaribagh court premises in Jharkhand on Tuesday.

The deceased have been identified as Sushil Srivastav, a criminal who was to be presented in court for a case hearing, and Gayas Khan and Kalam.

The injured police constable was identified as Devendra Paswan.

“The attackers fled from the spot abandoning their vehicle when police retaliated,” a police official said.

Meanwhile Chief Minister Raghubar Das directed the police to nab the assailants involved in the incident.
