Islamic Laws according to the Fatwas of the Grand Ayatollahi Sistani.
Question: Is there any problem using disinfectants on hands and surfaces? And are they Najis (unclean)?
Answer: Other variants of Alcohol are regarded to be clean (Taharah) and therr is no problem using them.
