Addressing a huge gathering in Kuzar Gowharpora area of Budgam district Zaffer condemned the continued systematic human rights abuses in Kashmir.

He further said that the only solution to stop Indian state terrorism is the complete demilitarization of the Jammu and Kashmir.

Kashmiris will not remain safe till draconian laws like Armed Forces Special Powers Act and Public Safety Act are not repealed, he added.
