Shafaqna India: Seyyed Murtadha Al-Kashmiri recommended Momineen/believers to perform Salaat Jumadal-Akhar for seeking protection from affliction and evil.
According to Shafaqna, the full text of the statement issued by the Special Representative of Religious Affairs of the Grand Ayatollah Sistani for Europe and North America reads: All praise is due to Allah (SWT), The Lord of the Worlds and peace and blessings be upon Muhammad and his pure progeny.
Salaat Jumada Al-Akhar, a precious gift to all Momineen. It can be performed any time during this month. Seyyed Ibn Tawoos in his book “Al-lqbal” said: whoever performs this Salaat will protect himself, assets, family and faith until the same time next year. If he were to die in that year he would gain the reward of a martyr.
Righteous scholars have stressed the importance of this prayer. It is said that whenever the Month of Jumada Al Akhar sets in, they used to order the writing and distribution of this prayer among the believers and those absent should be reminded of it. Some learned scholars tried this prayer and realized its significant effect.
This prayer is a 4 Rak’ats prayer ending each 2 Rakats with a Salãm as follows.
First Rakat: (Surah Al-Hamd) once, (Ayatul-Kursi) once, (Surah Al-Qadr) 25 times.
Second Rakat: (Surah Al-Hamd) once, (Surah Al-Takathur) once, (Surah Al-Ikhlãs) 25 times.
Third Rakat: (Surah Al-Hamd) once, (Surah Al-kafiroon) once, (Surah Al-Feleq) 25 times.
Fourth Rakat: (Surah Al-Hamd) once, (Surah Al-Nasr) once, (Surah Al-Nãs) 25 times.
After Salãm of the fourth unit recite: 70 times (Subhan-Allah, Walhamdulillah, Wa la Ilaha Illa Allah, wa Allahu Akbar).
70 times (Allahumma Salli Ala Muhammadin wa Ali Muhmmad)
Three times (Allahumma Ighfir lilmumineen Walmumonãt).
Perform Sajdah and recite three times: (Ya Hayyu ya Qayyoom)
Ya Dhal Jalali Walikram, Ya Rahman Ya Raheem, Ya Arhama-ar-Rahimeen).
Ask Allah (SWT) for needs to be fulfilled.
Note: This blessed prayer does not take more than half an hour of one’s time, to gain huge benefits.
Only few days remain of the month, so hasten to perform this pray.
