Unknown miscreants vandalized the Delhi residence of Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi

Shafaqna India: Asaduddin Owaisi, AIMIM chief and Hyderabad MP, had his residence at 34 Ashoka Road in New Delhi vandalized by unknown individuals on Thursday. This incident occurred a day after Owaisi took oath in the Lok Sabha and expressed support for Palestine by chanting ‘Jai Palestine’.

According to reports from Siasat Daily, vandals smeared black ink on his name plate outside the main gate of his residence.

In a statement shared on social media platform X, Owaisi expressed frustration over the repeated targeting of his Delhi residence and questioned the Delhi Police’s response to the incidents. He directly addressed Home Minister Amit Shah and Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, seeking assurances regarding the safety of MPs.

“To the perpetrators who continue to target my house: your actions do not intimidate me. Stop this cowardly behavior reminiscent of Savarkar and confront me directly instead of fleeing after petty acts like throwing ink or stones,” Owaisi asserted.
